No Bake Kool-Aid Pie – Creamy, cool, and delicious with only 3 ingredients! You can not get easier for a no bake pie this summer!
As soon as the weather starts to get warm I am all about no bake desserts. They are so easy to make and always delicious! Something like this No Bake Oreo Cheesecake is super creamy and has all the cookies and cream flavor that everyone loves.
This No Bake Kool-Aid Pie is such an easy no bake dessert that you can make in literally minutes! It doesn’t get much better than that when you are entertaining or just enjoying all that summer has to offer.
I love to bake, if you have been to this site more than once, you have probably figured that out already. But in the summer, it can be just too hot sometimes. I mean homemade brownies are pretty much my favorite thing ever, but in the summer I want something lighter and preferably cold. And if I don’t have to turn on the oven to do it that is even better!
No bake desserts are so easy and always a crowd pleaser. This No Bake Kool-Aid pie is no exception. Seriously just 3 ingredients, plus the crust. You can even use a store bought crust to make it even easier. And because kool-aid comes in like a zillion flavors, you can totally change it up to a new dessert each time you make it.
For this no bake kool-aid pie recipe I used the mixed berry flavor. I thought mixed berry would be a pretty pink color, but I was obviously wrong. But I think this blue is super fun for summer. My son is able to make this pie all by himself which means it is the perfect dessert!
I can’t wait to try this kool-aid pie with lemon or orange as well. Or lemon, I love lemon treats like these Creamy Lemon Bars in the summer. You can either store the pie in the fridge for a creamy version, or in the freezer for a frozen pie. Either way this no bake dessert needs to happen at your house!

Yay!! So glad you like it Erin. It really is a fun and easy pie!
Janice Scott says
Is the Koolaid mix already sweetened or unsweetened?
Erin S says
The unsweetened packets Janice. Enjoy!
Rebecca says
So you don’t have to add any extra sugar at all?
I mean the unsweetened Kool aid is pretty tart!
Erin S says
The sweetened condensed milk and cool whip add all the sweetness you need. Trust me, it is plenty sweet!
Rebecca says
Thank you!!! Just wanted to be sure.
Can’t wait to try this!
Sharon b says
It has sweetened condensed milk in it that would sweeten it enough

I can imagine the possibilites with all those kool-aid flavors available. i wonder how it would work; if I were to put in diced fruit, nuts,,cookie crumbs, chopped candies, etc. it would be endless. thank you for this excellent recipe..

Erin S says
Nancy – My friend Carolyn from All Day I Dream About Food blogs all diabetic friendly recipes. She has a recipe for a sweetened condensed milk sub you could use. Check out the recipe at the bottom here http://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/2012/10/magic-cookie-bar.html
Madeleine says
Hi! I understand it’s a “Kool-aid” pie but is it possible to make it with Jell-0 instead of Kool-aid, but keeping the same ingredients for the rest of the recipe? Thank you for the answer!
Erin S says
Madeleine, Sorry for the late response. I am traveling and did not have access to a computer. I have wondered if Jello would work as well. I honestly can’t see why not. Try it! Enjoy!
Michele says
We used to make this pie using any flavor jello mix with plain yogurt and cool whip. No condensed milk. It works just as well. You just have to chill it before serving it.
Alli says
I make a no bake cheesecake using same ingredients except I mix cream cheese & sugar then add coolwhip. Do you think it would mess it up adding the kool-aid for the awesome color & flavor? The 2 are so similar but feel the cream cheese would just have a creamery texture? What do you think? Thanks Alli
Erin S says
I think that would work Alli – it would just give it more flavor and definitely color 🙂 Let me know how it goes!

I had been making this wonderful, easy pie for years. Have been known to add well drained crushed pineapple to mind when I use orange Kool-Aid. Also have used well drained canned mandarin oranges. Our favorite is pink lemonade!
Dee says
Love Kool Aid Pie….even though i use the unsweetened packets…I still put regular sugar in mine bcuz some dont like the tartness of the pie…lol lol
Lagean Ellis says
My BFs Mom made this all the time! The lemon is divine!
She would freeze her condensed milk beforehand and, though she didn’t use the jello, it always set up perfectly!
It’s just perfect for summer when you don’t want a hot pie!
Lagean Ellis says
Sorry… I thought it said add Jello.. This is the same recipe!
