Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies – rich and fudgy brownies with a layer of creamy peanut butter cheesecake and topped with even more chocolate!  A dessert lovers dream!

I am a sucker for chocolate and peanut butter in any form. I mean, no bake peanut butter cheesecake should be made on repeat. It might be my favorite dessert combination.  There are just so many delicious ways to enjoy it. What is your favorite combo?

My favorite dessert is probably a brownie. Homemade brownies are easy to make, and I grew up having them pretty much every weekend.  So adding peanut butter in any form to a brownie will pretty much kill any willpower that I have.

Cheesecake brownies are like 2 ultimate desserts in one. If I am going to have a piece of cheesecake, I am partial to Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake, because I like something mixed in for more flavor than just a classic cheesecake.  So it should come as no surprise that I added peanut butter to make it peanut butter cheesecake!

These cheesecake brownies are super easy to make. You could even start with a box mix of brownies if that is more your speed. I went the homemade route because they are my favorite.  You really just need enough to make a 13×9 inch pan of brownies.  Then you mix together the cheesecake.

How To Make Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownies

  • Make Brownies. Mix together melted chocolate with the oil until smooth. Then beat in the eggs and sugar until really well incorporated. Add the flour and salt and mix until it is just combined. Pour into a prepared baking dish.
  • Make Cheesecake Layer. In a separate bowl beat together cream cheese and peanut butter until well combined and completely smooth. Add egg, condensed milk, and vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour over brownie batter and spread into an even layer.
  • Bake. Bake for about 35 minutes until it is cooked through. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Make Topping. Melt together chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for one minute. Stir until well combined. Drizzle over top of brownies.

Storage

These brownies are best stored in the fridge. Just over and they will last for about 4 days. I like to bring them to room temperature when serving, but they are also delicious cold.

Chocolate peanut butter brownies are the perfect dessert to make for the chocolate lover in your life. The creamy cheesecake over the fudgy brownie is the perfect combo!  Don’t miss Reese’s Fudge if you are a peanut butter lover. I am all about any way to get the combo in my life!
