Can I Make This Ahead?

Absolutely! You can mix the whole dip together and place in the fridge until you are ready to bake. Just cover and let it sit for up to 24 hours before baking. You may have to add 5 minutes to the baking time if you put it in straight from the fridge.

Can I Make This In The Crockpot?

Yes! It is perfect to mix together and then put in the crockpot over low heat for a few hours. You will want to stir it every so often to make sure it melts evenly. Then you can keep it warm the whole time your guests are there.

Storage

If you have leftovers, don’t worry! Just put them in the fridge in an airtight container and they will last for 3-4 days. You can microwave to reheat, or if you have a lot you can reheat in the oven again until hot and bubbly.

What Goes With Barbecue Chicken Dip

I like to serve with tortilla chips, but really anything you like works great!

  • Pretzels
  • Veggies – carrots and celery sticks work great
  • Crackers

I like to make sweet and sour kielbasa. After I cook the kielbasa I add BBQ sauce and then a little grape jelly. It is the first thing to go on game day.

I would make mozerella sticks. I like finger foods that I can eat while actually watching the game, and cheese sticks are perfect for that.
