I am excited to be working with International Delight again this summer. You may remember the last time, when I made Mini-Heath Bar Cheesecakes. Well this time, I get to mix Ice Cream and Coffee for a new treat! Summer isn’t summer without ice cream. It doesn’t really matter what flavor it is, the cool treat just means that summer is here. Well now International Delight has new Cold Stone Creamery flavors. Can you get more of a perfect pairing?
To get started I chose Cold Stone Creamery Founder’s Favorite – this is brownie sundae that you can add to your coffee! I mean, Wow! Using just a few ingredients I made a heavenly ice cream shake, that is perfect for a summer dessert.. These brownie fudge ice cream shakes come together in about 5 minutes, and are super easy. You can pick your favorite ice cream to pair with it. I picked a chocolate fudge brownie ice cream, because if you are going to go there, I figure you should go all the way! Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of hot fudge and caramel for an over the top summer treat.

- 4-6 large scoops of your favorite ice cream
- 1/2 cup Cold Stone Creamery Founder's Favorite
- Whipped Cream
- Hot Fudge , optional
- Caramel , optional
- In a blender combine ice cream and Founder's Favorite. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, hot fudge, and caramel if desired.
