Either way, it is super creamy and delicious chicken that I like best served on a bun as a sandwich.
Instant Pot Pozole - a simple and comforting pozole recipe you can make in no time. It is super easy to make, loaded with flavor and a great Mexican inspired dinner. This is probably the most complicated recipe on the list. And that is only because you have to make a salsa verde by roasting veggies in the oven first. This is our all time favorite soup and on constant rotation, year round.

Instant Pot Chicken Wings - get ready for game day, your next party or just a fun appetizer with this easy recipe. Chicken Wings cook in the pressure cooker in no time and are absolutely delicious! This is one of those recipes that has an optional 2nd step to make them just that much better. The chicken cooks in the Instant Pot and gets tender, but then you can put them under the broiler with sauce to get that nice crispiness that wings are known for. The trivet that comes with the Instant Pot keeps the chicken out of the water, so it doesn't get soggy. If you haven't made wings before, this is a great way to start!
Instant Pot Meatballs - tender and delicious meatballs that could not be easier to make! They are ready in minutes with no browning required. This is for a homemade meatball that you cook in sauce inside the pressure cooker. You don't have to use marinara, if you like barbecue or something else better.
